Hiya Guys Me& My mum just set up the cubes for my c&c cage we ordered the Correx yesterday so it should be here on wendsday I can't wait !!! and then we are going to buy all the bits and bobs this month and hopefully I should have the guinea pigs by the end of September beginning of October!! Also is the hay rack too low for the guinea pigs to reach ? and I have a ledge bit for them to sleep on or hide underneath but is that to high for them to jump on or should I make it a bit lower ? Sorry for all the questions I have never had a guinea pig before so I am soooo exited

The hay rack is the right height, but that's not a particularly safe hay rack. The pigs will get into, eventually if not sooner. And if something startles them and they leap out, it could mean a broken leg. You could turn it up on end and put it in a corner, and it would be safer.

As bpatters said turn it up on end and zip a piece of correx to it, make it a stand up hay rack, it will be much safer.

If the cage will be on the ground, you don't use grids for the bottom. The coroplast serves as the tray that creates the floor. The grids will only make the walls.

I can't see well on my phone, but I think you'll need plywood to support the whole cage. The grids will sag in the middle.
