Sick Goopy cloudy eye

My guinea pig just had babies this Tuesday and I've never had any health problems with pigs in the past but the baby teddy bear pig has a half closed cloudy eye, just looking for advice on how to help him.

Has it been this way since he was born, or developed since then?

Can you post a picture?

It could be a a congenital problem, or an n injury during delivery, or one of the other pigs might have injured his eye.
