How do you go about cleaning the ramp?

I would line the ramp with something you can launder like fleece or a bath mat cut down to size (I've heard they can be laundered but I'd check the tag before you try it).

If you use fleece or towels just throw it in the wash like you would your own laundry just with free and clear soap(almost like a baby laundry soap) and the same if you would use carpet like me... I personally like the carpet because if I need to I can take a wet cloth and clean a certain area of the carpet if needed.

And it then you can just take a damp cloth and just wash the coro after.

Do I glue it down or does it just stay?

I'm sure the bath mat would stay as it has a rubber bottom. I'm not sure how you would go about using the fleece maybe sewing a pillow case sort of thing to slide over it. And with carpet I used velcro.

I've heard some people use binder clips on the edges to keep it from sliding,

My ramp is made of bent grids (like the photo you posted earlier) with a piece of coroplast lining the bottom to keep their feet from going through the holes, and then the coroplast is covered with fleece for traction.

I sewed a little fleece sleeve that slips over the coroplast, and the sleeve is extra long so I can fold the end over and it stays in place.

I built the cage that Littlepaws1999 attached a photo of in comment #18 . If you look closely, you'll see the left side of the loft is scored so a 1" section is folded forward. There's velcro that holds it to outside of the left side of the ramp. There's also velcro holding the right side of the ramp to the loft. The floor of the ramp extends under the loft and has velcro that holds it to the bottom of the loft.
