The app can be glitchy, especially on the iPhone/iPad. If you're having trouble try closing the app and reopening. Some people have had success deleting the app and reinstalling. If that fails try uploading from a desk top or lap top. As always, make sure you are running the latest version of the app so that it syncs up with the website properly.
