    If you put pressure on the area and stuff oozes out, then that's pus. Sometimes when a scab is removed there will be pus underneath, which is why I suggest trying to remove the scabs gently with a warm wet cloth.

    It doesn't look infected to me, although it should have healed by now if it happened a couple of weeks ago.

    I wet a washcloth or rag with warm water, then hold it on the scab until it softens. At this point the scab can be gently wiped off. If it doesn't seem like it wants to come off, then just leave it on--it's not ready to come off.

    That looks good. Do you have some coconut oil? You can rub it on there to aid with healing.
