Injury What do I need to use for my injured piggy's ear from a fight with another male?

I have two males who I had separated and I took the wonderful advice from some very helpful members here and tried to rehouse them following all of their suggestions/instructions but they fought and throwing a towel over them didn't stop them and John (tri-colored piggy) bit TomToms' (my red/brown/white piggy) ear and it caused a wound . Not a big one or one that is bleeding (it bled maybe a drop or two). But because it is on his ear I'm unsure of what I should use to treat it if anything because it is his ear and so close to his eye (like if he scratches the powder could get into his eye). Do I treat it? If so, with what?

Also, I feel T - E - R - R - I - B - L - E about it happening and I feel like such a bad owner already so do you think it will leave a scar?

You can use Povidone Iodine (Betadine) to clean the wound. Dilute 40 parts water to one part povidone iodine. It is safe to use near the eye.
