As @Soecara said (post (broken link removed) ) and I said (post (broken link removed) ), eye drops don't carry the same danger as a medicine that's given orally. You can give either terramycin or erythromycin as eye drops. Just wipe any off that get on the pig's face so they don't get it on their paws and lick them.
