You know you're a guinea pig owner when...

Whenever I'm eating out and order a salad. I think about how in heaven my boys would be with the lettuce.

When Im shopping in like kitchen/homewares and think, wow, that metal rack would make a great hay rack. I think of the pigs first and how I could make that a fun thing for the gpigs

...you have hay stuck to your pants. That happened today, my employee thought I had thread on my pants and it was a strand of hay! Fortunately she's an animal lover who has cats and a horse and rabbits so she totally understood. That hay sticks to everything!

Sleepover at a friends house:
I wish I had a live-cam to see what my guinea pigs are doing right now.

When you find poop in your pockets, at work, bra, bed, boyfriends beard...

- You have your "guinea pig voice"
- You spend more on your guinea pigs then you do yourself
- Dinner = ramen for you and a fresh leafy salad with fruit on the side for them
- To have weekends away you need to train friends so they can be "pig sitters"
- Even when working at a pet store you're "the crazy guinea pig lady"

You know you're a guinea pig owner when you have to ask company to sit on the couch and wait while you quickly tidy up your gigantic cages. I'm not complaining at all, I love being a guinea pig owner so much.

When regardless of how high your cage walls are, your carpet always manages to get a ridiculous amount of hay on it....

I actually bought a security cam that links to my smart phone so I can watch mine all day. My husband thinks I'm crazy, lol.

When your on vacation and your pigs aren't with you but you swear you still hear them squeaking for veggies.

When you hoover gets emptied every single day!

No matter what shop your in even if it's the hardware store you still keep an eye out for things for your piggys.

When you make trips to the pig space to visit them during tv commercials if they're not already on your lap, and when you change the lyrics to "Maniac on the Dancefloor" to be a sing about popcorning pigs.

Semi related, when you go though brief periods where everything you own has critical care on it

I did the same thing except I change the title to icy packs when I was putting a few in the cage.

When you have to put a towel down on your sofa so your guests can sit on it because your piggie peed on it and you haven't washed the slipcovers yet.
@Stephanieg518 I bought cameras too so I can have piggie cam 24/7!
