I adopted a guinea pig named Peanut a while ago and always thought she was a girl, but we finally decided to get a new one to join her since guinea pigs are not supposed to be alone. I've done a ton of research and know about introducing them, but I wanted to be sure her sex. I'm at a loss. The vet can't see us until next Monday.
I've looked at so many photos and really can't tell if she is a female with a "pimple" or if she is a male. Can anyone please help us?
I hope that this isn't bad, and I honestly felt so bad doing this but we need to know before we buy another.
