I would like to have a list of great pro rescue, active rabbit forums. They can be pretty hard to find.

At the same time a list of great rabbit care info sites would be good to have.

If you know of a good one please post a link in this thread. I would like to compile them and make a good list.

Please do not post forums that are breeding oriented.

If you belong to a great prorescue rabbit group please share this site with them. I would very much like to see more rabbit knowledgable people around to help out when there is need.

I'd like to add one if I may, don't know if any of you have ever visited this site. It is a CRUELTY FREE website and they have alot of stuff to look at and read. Plus that have a reference section that is most impressive and I feel, second to none. I hope this website will make a fine addition here.

Oops! VDJ added this site first! I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention. Well, we apparantly both find it more than acceptable. Here's one more, so I don't look too foolish. ;)

They are just starting out, but they are a house rabbit forum only. No breeders/breeding discussions allowed there. The postings are a bit lean, but I'm sure that it will populate in time. And they seem to be extremely knowledgable when answering question.

I learned so much from the Petbunny listserv when I got Angus almost 7 yrs. ago. You can get subscription information at (broken link removed). Everyone there is very rescue-friendly, but it's a very high-volume, chatty list.

Here's some of the resources I use. I don't think any have been mentioned yet.

General Health:
This site has some very fine rabbit health info:

Rescue/chat/general rabbitdom:

Behavior
This one is written in a funny style, but what they've observed is pretty spot on:

Hi there, This is the group that I found when I first got my Frappie.
These are the sweetest people ever. Their ideals are great too, from what I've learned from them. It's more of a message board w/o sections, but there's good communication in it. You can feel free to unapprove it if it doesn't fit. :):)

I know new members can't post links but what about www.bunspace.com? They have no breeding/showing/selling categories, but they do have a veggie category (bunday) and adoption category.

This isn't a rabbit forum, but this is an excellent resource for how to take care of house rabbits. They cover a variety of topics and have great suggestions. It's one of my favorites!
