Thank you. I almost got a different one until I saw her. She's just starting to make noises at feeding time. And all my other babies can't stop watching her. My dog freaks out when she starts making noise like I'm hurting her or something. Lol

Oh, I'm sure the other animals are interested. I wouldn't trust the cats with her as far as I could throw them, though. I used to have cats when I had Pooper and Sly. They had a 4x2 C and C with a 3x4 pen attached that was open during the day, but at night they were closed in. I could never fully trust my cats, even though they were so good with them.

I don't trust any of them around her. I'm fixing to kick them all out of my bedroom and let prue run around a bit. She needs to. Plus I need some one on one time with her without everybody crowding around. Today my dog stole her carrots when I was cleaning her cage. My mistake for leaving it on top of the cage part while I cleaned the bottom. My dog knew she was in trouble cause she put herself in her own cage. Lol. I definitely love my fur babies.

Smokey mostly ignored both of them, but Sissy loved to lie along the side of the pen and watch them. She actually became afraid of them when Sly bit her tail once.

In the end, she would lie there and Sly would come over and "talk" to her for a while, every so often.

I miss them all. Thanks for giving me a nudge down memory lane

Awwwww your welcome. As I have prue I keep comparing her to my Minnie (who was my world) and the little things she would do like give me kisses, do chin up. Putting her chin in the air, listening to music with me, pop corning A LOT, coming to the door when I called her. And prue seems like she doesn't want any attention at all! I got her not even a week ago so that may have something to do with it.

Not at this time. I may get her one on the first because I live on disability so I have to wait. Everything for her cost me $120. At petsmart of course. But I'm gonna check into chewy.com and see if I can order her stuff off there. I don't know if I can because I've never used them. Have You?

Honestly, no. I'm not sure I can even use Chewy in Canada

You can also look on the store here, for stuff for her. And as for a friend, check and see if you can find a rescue in your area. May be easier that way, and you'd be saving a furry little life.

True but I'd like to get her one around her age. Petsmart are 3-6 months in age and all female. Plus they have a medical guarantee on theirs. I'm just hoping that spending a couple weeks alone won't make her mean to the new one I went through that with my Minnie and piper. And Minnie was constantly being mean to her. So that's why I'm not gonna wait too long to get a 2nd one. I did check chewy.com and they have the same prices as petsmart. So I'm just gonna go to petsmart for everything I need. I gotta go on the first anyways so I'm just gonna get her a new friend while I'm at it. Hopefully they have a new batch of them to choose from. All theirs are female. I'm just worried she'll get used to being alone and have a fit.

So I've decided.....

I have a new baby after losing my 2 3 years ago. I'm gonna get a 2nd one on the first. Female of course. All my animals are female. I can't wait to add a new addition to my family. I just hope prue isn't too used to being alone that she doesn't accept the new one. Any tips on how to make this go smoothly?

My new baby

I just got my 2nd piggy. Her name is phoebe. She and prue hit it off right away. They are just hanging out together. My dogs more excited then prue is. Lol.

@minniesmom, please do not start new threads every time you post. Pick a thread for your pigs, and let me know which one it is. I'll change the name, and you can post all you want on THAT thread.

That cage they're in is not nearly large enough for one pig, much less two.

What a cute piggy! I love their colourings. I will echo what was already said though... I hope you are able to get your girls a bigger cage!
