100% my fault. He ran up my arm and I just couldn't grab him. Fell probably 5 feet to wood floor. It was sorta a slow fall for lack of better wording. He seems fine, just scared. Has already peed and pooped and ran from hiding places just fine. I felt him all over and no noticeable pain response from him. Is there anything specific I should watch for over the next few days? Other than the obvious of limping or neurological type changes, breathing changes etc. anything specific to piggies I wouldn't think of? I can't believe this happened. I had him cuddled and he's never been a squirmy jumpy pig. He was against my chest and I had my one hand over him and was reaching for something and he bolted. Again, totally my fault. Scared the crap outta us both. :(

Just keep an eye on him. If you notice anything that makes you think there's an internal injury, or that he's in pain, then see a vet.

Awe this is my biggest fear especially since we have hardwood and tile in our home. I'm so glad he is ok though.

Thank you LoveMyHerd and you for asking Kelsie! AnnikasMommy, we have hardwood too but somehow he managed a soft landing. He's just never done that before so I got complacent. It won't happen again though!
