We recently decided to get guinea pigs for our family. We brought/built a
2 x 4 cube and choroplast cage with lid to house them. We have been
researching them for a while and think they will be a great addition to our
family. They would be joining a household with a cat, dog, and two kids (6
and 9), and my wife. Our kids have been raised around animals since they
were babies and my daughter (6) is also an horse rider and has been on a
horse since before she could walk.
We would really like to get a pair of females. We have been looking for a while now and have not been able to find any. We are avoiding large pet stores. If anybody knows of any breeders or rescue that have some available can you please point them in my direction?
