THE BABIES ARE HERE!!!

It appears that there are 2 boys are one girl.. I showed a rescue the pictures and the lady agrees that the Torti is a girl but the other two are questionable so she suggested that I just keep checking on the genders and watch for a little penis to pop out for the ones we think are boys :)

For anyone who is wanting to find some Prelabor signs here is what I noticed.

1.) Bunny started spending most of her time in her house and would only come out to eat.

2.) She only wanted veggies and didn't eat much of her hay and alfalfa.

3.) The babies teeth started grinding the night of her labor.

4.) She acted like she couldn't get comfortable and was fussing about how the bedding was in her house. She was also making irritated sounds the night of labor.

I hope this helps someone later in trying to determine if their pig is getting close!!

Little Torti girl :)

I had to baby proof the divider in the cage because she kept running through it to Snickers who was thrilled to have a baby near her! lol
Whats funny is that Snickers is also a Torti so when this little girl ran through the first time I didn't know what happened and couldn't find her at first!
Something a little bittersweet, Snickers' still born that she had when I had first gotten her looked identical to this baby. So it makes me wonder if she remembered her baby and maybe that's why she was so excited to have the baby on her side...

Why do you have them separated if the adults are both females?

This is one is hard to tell the gender on.. My husband didn't take many pics so I will take more when I go to weigh them soon. The rescue told me to keep checking the gender daily. :)
This one has an orange stripe on him/her but I think the male the lady I got Bunny from was an Agouti so this one has similar coloration to that male.
What do you all think? I'm terrible with Guinea pig colors lol

@bpatters Because I had just adopted Bunny last month and Snickers is a HIGHLY dominant female. Before I realized Bunny was pregnant I tried to introduce them a few times but it didn't go well because it turns out that Bunny is also dominant, or maybe she was just Hormonal..
But once I realized that she was pregnant I decided that they could just stay separated until she gave birth and until the babies are bigger to avoid any fights. They seem to get along for the most part but occasionally they would act like they were trying to fight through the divider.
But the babies are going to need more room so I'm either going to have to put Snickers in another cage or take down the divider and pray that they get along.
I previously tried the introduction in neutral territory but now that they have been by each other for over a month I think that I may let them meet in there... Just still going to wait a couple of weeks before I do anything and of course I am going to be ready to break up the fight if it is as bad as it was the first couple of times.

This one the rescue is pretty sure is a boy and so am I, but she said to keep checking since it can be hard to tell this young.
This one also has orange on him and has the agouti colors :) (Or I think its agouti..) He also has a little rosette on his head just like his momma!!! <3

I am so in love with these babies and it is going to be hard to let any of them go...
Maybe I can get another cage for the boys and just keep them all :p

I just noticed that the last post doesn't show the babies pics :(
I'll have to fix that when I'm back on my computer.

And thank you @Kelsie !
I'm very tempted to keep them all and get the boys their own cage :)
They are too cute to give up!

Congratulations! The babies are adorable. I agree that the torti looks like a female and the brown baby w/ no head crest looks like a male.

Thank you :3

So I just went and weighed them and determined that the two agouti's are boys for sure. They have nubs hehe

Anyways their weight goes as follows:

Torti girl - 116 grams

Agouti boy - 121 grams

Agouti+Orange w/rosette boy - 113 grams

So from what I have read they are at the larger end of the new born scale :)
They are all also very active and already nomming on veggies and hay!
The water bottle is low for them to reach as well! :)

Anyways, here is my attempt at getting the last babies pics up since they don't show in the last post for some reason...

Here are a few pics of the 3rd baby :)
This one is a boy and I have determined that the other agouti is a boy as well.
