Hey there, my name is Elizabeth and I recently adopted a male guinea named Rox. His first owner was a young teen girl who lost interest in him and their mother is a friend with my coworker and I step up to the bat. Since I was little, I was always wanted to have a guinea and boom now I do. Tho I also have 5 other critters (2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 bird) who I take care of. I might post photos of them on here if anyone wants to see 'em.
Here is Rox, he is going to turn 1yr in about a week (March 16th, 2014).
He came with his cage which is about 47in long and 18in wide; I use the fleece method for bedding.
And tomorrow he is going in for his first check up at the local exotic vet; I believe he has a minor fungal infection. Also, I ordered him shampoos, melts and cream from Gorgeous Guineas a week ago. At this time I am not looking to expand his cage or find another guinea since I do not have enough room in my own room.
