I have 2 bonded pairs of boars and had 1 lone boar. I adopted a guinea from the shelter to hopefully be his cage mate. the shelter said he is around 2 yrs, but looking at his nails, size and weight , I would guess less then 6 months old.
The introduction went ok, some chasing , rummblestrutting, noseoffing, a few squabbles,, but no rolling balls of fur, or blood drawn.
they were on the floor for over 3 hours before I put then in the new cage. It is a c & c 2x4, I know 2x5 is better but I have no more room with three 2x4 cages in my living room.
problem now is G-man , my previous lone pig just goes from pouch to pouch, and looks very sad. he is eating some & It has been around 24hrs since the introductions, should I just leave them and see what happens? Or should I put then in separate cages?
thx for your help
