Diet: Green corn on the cob leaves?

I know a bit of husks is ok. With mooshy I'd freeze them and give on hot days. But what about the deep green leaves, if washed?

  6. Pellets: Re: Wondering if my guinea is eating the right amount of pellets

Pellets provide vitamins and minerals that they don't get in their veggies. Oxbow and KMS Hayloft are the best brands. I feed 1 TBSP in the morning and 1 TBSP at night. Generally it's 1/8th cup or 2...

Hay: Re: Hay stored in boxes

Oddly enough I have a small box of kms bluegrass hay left from a couple years ago. Still looks ok though more browns. Fed her some green strands and she ate it ok. I think if it's green it's fine....

    Hay: Hay stored in boxes

A family owned pet supply store is going out of business. Nice price cuts. Already have 10 to 15 lbs of SPS hay for my 1 gp but couldn't resist paying $20 for a 10 lb box of SPS Orchard grass hay....

    Water: Re: Best water bottles

I use glass water bottles only. I don't like plastic for myself, much less gps. Living World is excellent. Comes with a carrot so you can see water level. Got the 6 oz ones so water is fresher. I...

Hay: Re: possible bug in Oxbow hay?

Just picked a beetle out. I'm a bit ocd with her, not with me. I pick out the browns and twigs and such and examine it all before it goes in the hay rack. Do it in front of the tv.

    Pellets: Re: Which Oxbow?

Not Eating: Re: Bella Rose hasn't eaten much at all
