    Ivermectin: Re: Still Scratching

The hair isn’t coming out together in clumps, but individual strands. They also have no bald patches, but I think I will just treat then anyways. Is this one safe?...

    Ivermectin: Re: Still Scratching

Also, I was considering to buy another tube of ivermectin and try treating again, because I think it might have been frozen during shipping before which made the medicine lose strength. It seemed to...

    Ivermectin: Re: Still Scratching

Hello, I wasn't able to check the humidity of the room, but I might treat for fungal. They still are scratching after their treatment for mites, and have a bit of dandruff. There aren't any bald...

    Ivermectin: Re: Still Scratching

I don’t think it could be fungus because they have no bald spots or anything. How can I check the humidity of the room?

    Ivermectin: Re: Still Scratching

Hello, thanks for your reply. I diluted the ivermectin fresh every time I dosed them. If it is not mites, what do you think it could be?

    Ivermectin: Re: Still Scratching

If the problem isn’t mites, what do you think it could be? I think you might be right, maybe the heating dried out their skin or something.

    Ivermectin: Re: Still Scratching

    Ivermectin: Re: Still Scratching

It seems to have had no effect on them because they still scratch quite a bit but their coats look visibly healthy, no bald spots or sores.

  18. Mites: Re: Suspect Mites: where to find ivermectin in Canada

On the box it just says to store at 30 degrees Celsius and below but I will call again later. Also, the markings on the syringe are by 20 kg instead of lbs. To dilute you are supposed to get a 250 lb...
  19. Mites: Re: Suspect Mites: where to find ivermectin in Canada

  20. Mites: Re: Suspect Mites: where to find ivermectin in Canada

  21. Mites: Re: Suspect Mites: where to find ivermectin in Canada

I think I will just give it orally, on the other post I saw they said ivermectin paste should be given orally. I just ordered the paste and my mom who is a pharmacist (convenient haha) will help me...
  22. Mites: Re: Suspect Mites: where to find ivermectin in Canada

Are oral and topical doses the same amount? Where can I find how much to administer topically?
  23. Mites: Re: Suspect Mites: where to find ivermectin in Canada

Thanks for your reply. I didn’t know you could use the diluted ivermectin paste topically rather than orally, thanks! I thought if you dilute ivermectin paste it had to be given orally. Also, is the...
