I need a new logo for this site. I have some directions I've drafted, but not happy with any of them yet. I plan on spending some money to do the 'contest' thing to get one professionally made. But,...

We begin the huge upgrade to an entirely different platform with a dramatically updated look and feel next weekend. That's the plan.
I've been working heads down on it for weeks now. There is a...
Oh, really? I've been so focused on the new site. I'll have it checked out. Probably so.
The new system has its own way to moderate. Similar but different. Better options, actually. I just checked. Yes, when you go to ban (spam) someone, it brings up who it is very, very clearly. I don't...
Oh well. But, great! :)
Years overdue, but it's been a challenge to find a reliable path forward.
We'll be moving to an entirely new platform. But of all of the possible options, this one will have the most similar...
Also, just so you know, it must be pretty obvious, but this forum is hanging on by a thread when it comes to the software technology. It's been in a need of an entirely new platform for years now. ...
Here's the situation. It was MY FAULT. MY ERROR. I accidentally moderated the post reporting the spam and not the spam post itself. I feel terrible. It was certainly unintentional. We have backups of...
If it's just to post pics of your pigs and not the cage, per se, it's okay. We measure the inner dimensions, not the outer for true usability, so it's not really 7.8, but you can post it. Thanks.
Thanks. I've deleted those listings and blocked that person. There was another one in Berkeley CA that was very persistent on re-registering under new emails after I deleted and blocked her multiple...
Four Corners in Concord, Dr. Becker
We have these on the store or you can fashion your own version, but once they break the habit, that's pretty much it.

If you are looking at supporting guinea pig crafters, just know that GuineaDad liners are made in China.
You're very welcome. :)

This thread is from 2006. We don't need to have another hunter vs. vegan debate here, especially as your first post. I'm closing this thread. Advice: try so-called 'hunting' with a camera if you like...
We have a lot of that figured out here: https://www.guineapigcagesstore.com/midwest-cages
What is it that you don't like about the stand? What problem are you trying to fix?
You just need to offset the wide loft or turn it into a narrow loft by cutting it down. That will make it more easily cleanable again. Do you have room to offset the wide loft?
A C&C cage is a whole lot easier to clean when it's only 2 grids wide.
Sorry, but the bottom of a Midwest is absolutely not solid. It is a canvas fabric bottom and MUST sit on a solid surface. Do yourself a favor and stick with a properly assembled C&C cage. Much easier...
Yup. Straight fleece is too much work. You need the Cagetopia Cavy Cafe: https://www.guineapigcagesstore.com/kitchens
It's what it's for. Put your disposable bedding there. Works great.
Do you have a Cavy Cafe or kitchen area underneath the loft or are you using straight, 100% fleece?
She's talking about the normal gap. Totally normal and nothing to worry about. If you've got brand new babies, you should baby-proof. Other than that, it's fine. (I'm the store owner, for newbies. :)...
