Biography:
I am a Vet Tech, have three children, lots of other pets, but most importantly three boar GP's.
Location:
Atlanta Georgia
Guinea Pigs:
I am the proud slave to 5 boars, ranging in ages from 6 months to 4 years. They all live in one big C&C cage that is 3X8 with a 1X8 upper level. I have owned pigs now for 7 months, and love them all dearly.
My Cage:
I have a two level open C&c Cage that is a 3X8 with a 1X8 upper level.
My Cage Specs:
C&C Cage, 2x5 or greater, Includes upper deck, Meet or exceed recommended sizes (see www.CavyCages.com)

This is a great Idea for a Cockatiel, but budgies can get out. It is built wonderfully, and I even took ideas from it to build my Budgies cage, but I doubled the grids to make the spacing smaller. Budgies are not suppose to have any opening larger then 5/8 at the most. The spacings on the grids are 1 inch square.
