Your avatar/profile picture is very cute, have you ever thought of putting any pictures in any kind of guinea pig photo contest? If you haven't already.

I notice you have teddies - I have just purchased to very young ones and they are my first time - I was wondering if you could help me by advising about grooming as I wish to show them when they get a few weeks older. Do you have to remove guard hairs?

I'm not too sure where she is yet, since people have been saying different things, and I don't want to set up a piggy train from where she lives to me, only to find out that's not where she really lives. I honestly don't have the money for vet bills at the moment, but I hope to work something out. (And of course if one of my animals got sick I would rush them to the vet asap without a second thought) I agree that it's a good idea to have the first person in the piggy train take them to the vet, from the sound of it, I'm guessing that they both have URIs, which need vet care asap.

Wow that's so kind of you! From the sound of it I think it's a done deal that she will be giving them to me, and I don't think they have gotten any good vet care yet. I still have to figure out how to get them over to me and such if she says yes. I'm not sure how much she wants for them, but I'm sure the vet cost will shoot through the roof, though I have a cage I can get ready and everything, I just really feel for these pigs and want to see them live happy lives in a good home, not some petstore, who will sell them to anyone buying a pig on a whim.
