    I just remove the three corner pieces the two corner side grids and one of the top grids. It's a bit of a pain but worth it.

Biography:
I'm a pharmacist and my DH is a stay-at-home, homeschooling father to our three children, age 5 to 9
Location:
Mississippi
Guinea Pigs:
We started out with Skittles & Starburst (5/09), who both came from a pet store before we knew better. Starburst died 2 wks later of a URI, and we later got Rose & Petunia from a GP rescue (in June 09).
My Cage:
We have a 2x5 enclosed C & C cage that is kept on a table in our living room.
My Cage Specs:
C&C Cage, 2x5 or greater

I'm not sure where the 1 month on his age came from, maybe something I didn't notice when I posted the picture, but he was probably 2 to 3 months old.
