Biography:

My nickname is Modella and I adopted my first guinea pig. :>

Guinea Pigs:

I care for a beautiful black-colored female cavy named *Ruby*. She is about 7-8 months old. I got her for my son but I'm the main caretaker. I will be adding a rescued female guinea to the family so Ruby will have a playmate very soon.

My Cage:

I use mainly fleece. Building my new guinea a 2-story 2X4 C&C cage (top level dimensions in the works) Using white 9X9 grids & perhaps a light blue (or mocha/beige) colored coroplast.
