Blog One Year of Penny!

Whoa, it's been over a month since I've last posted. I hope everyone is having a good new year so far! Not much is new with us. I had my gallbladder removed last week, so I've been pretty lazy! BUT! Today is a very special day!! What's this you say? Today is my anniversary?! Today is Penny's 1 year piggy-versary of the day I rescued her! I can't believe it's been a year already! It feels like it was just yesterday that I was making the trip to go pick her up. When I got to her previous owner's house, I looked into a cardboard box and saw a little wee aby peeking back at me. She was so small and crazy. Now she's big and crazy. I love her so much and I am so thankful for her. She makes me smile and brightens my day. I don't know what Sheldon would do without her, either. He depends on her a lot for security. He was so shy and scared when he got here, and Penny taught him how to be a pig again. Sheldon's been good. It's been cold here lately, and I've noticed on cool days he can usually be found in a cozy. I think the cool weather bugs his joints. He's such a good little boy! I love my chocolate caterpillar. <3 Happy Anniversary, Penny! I love you so much! May we have many more together! <3 xoxo Well, I suppose that's all for now. 'Til next time!
