yay cage changes went well

Yesterday my mom and I worked on the cage so nuggett could be closer to smores and benny and yet be apart so that they wouldn't kill eachother. It looks very nice and gives all of them snough space. Benny and smores now have a 2x3 with two levels and nuggett has 2x2 with two levels. Nuggett went absolutely insane when we put him into his new area. He was popcorning all over the place. I gave him a little mirror and he is a vain piggie! He looks into it all the time and popcorns when he sees himself. The hayrack is in the middle and I put their food in the middle so they are interacting in the middle. Nuggett chortels and so does smores but they don't try to attack eachother so it's going well for now.

At the front page of C&C website it says it's best to have 2 x 3 for one guinea pig and 2 x 4 for two guinea pig so you might want to expand a bit. But it's great that you put them so close together! Hope they will do well and eventually learn to get a long.

Great going, can't wait to see what it looks like. Founds like Nugget is a bit like Smores when it comes to vanity. I just got done with my cage redesign as well.

trust me, the cages are well big enough for the boys. I'm a good mom! I will have pictures soon, the role is almost done

A 2 by 3 is the bare minimum for two pigs. But Nuggett really needs a 2 by 3, A 2 by 2 is just to small. How big was the cage when the boys started fighting?
