Hello!
i got a new rat last Sunday and he was probably around 8 weeks old and he was completely bald!! He is dark gray/ black everywhere except a little on his belly his paws and the top of his head lol well anyway now not even a week later he has a very very fine velvety growth of hair every where but the white part on the too of his head!! Not really hair but more like fuzz! Would this probably make him a double Rex then? He does have curly whiskers too by the way!
What I had read about double Rex though made it sound like they start out with fur but it doesn't last because it breaks? But he started out bald and is now getting some peach fuzz lol just curious what he would b?
