How sweet! They are absolutely adorable. I am glad everything went smoothly. I hope that you can get the females spayed and can have a happy bun family with no more accidents! Keep us updated when the babies get more independant. I love the pictures.

I am planning on getting her spayed and cotton neutered once the babies are weaned. I sure hope there are no more accidents! I will probably not keep the babies because I hate to say it but I can’t afford to spay/neuter all four rabbits. I have to pay for the surgery. I added it all up and it will be around $500-600 for my two adult rabbits to get spayed/neutered. That includes check ups and some blood work etc.

Cute bunnies! What breed are they?

I have four people that said they might want one, so finding homes shouldn’t be too hard. But then I have already fallen so in love...maybe I will just have to keep them.

The dad is beautiful, but the mum is absolutely stunning hmy: , I had to look twice, she is gorgeous, but then again I do have a penchant for black animals :crazy: .

Have you tried any local humane societies or SPCA's to see if they have a low cost clinic? You also will need to ensure the new families are going to spay/neuter the babies, and then check up with them to make sure they follow through.

I know here I paid 135 (the cheapest around ) at the local shelter to spay a rabbit. My vet only neuters and does laser surgery so it costs me 119 for the males. Its expensive but worth it. In my experince placing baby bunnies isnt the hard part, its finding homes what will keep them for the 10 year commitment. Hopefully you can get yours fixed asap. Since the female is feeding the kits I would get the male fixed now, then the female later on, this will make sure no more accidents occur. Good luck

How cuuute! We had wild baby bunnies in our backyard once. Unfortunately, they didn't survive a big rain storm :weepy: . They were adorable though.

Some more pictures. The babies will be two weeks old tomorrow. I still have no idea on the sex of them. The lighting was really bad so I only got two good pictures. At the moment I am calling them LC (Lilly clone) and CC (Cotton clone). These probably won’t be their permanent names.
