I have a extra sheet of coroplast, its 2 feet 2 1/2 inches long, (26 1/2 inches long) by about 9 1/2 inches wide. My piggies kitchen is 1 grid high, my question, would this be to steep of a ramp?

Put something under the lower end to elevate it. When my cage had ramps, my pigs either jumped the four inches to the start of the ramp, or used a brick I put in front of it. That should work unless you've got arthritic pigs.

You could also use steps or multi pieced ramps for your pig(s). Here is a link to some neat ones!
