What size kitchen would you suggest for a 2 1/2 x 3 cage?

depends if your kitchen is going to be on the base or if you are making a kitchen loft (above the cage base). Also, how many piggies do you have?

It's going to be on the base. We have 2 pigs but have just had to separate them :(

aww thats a shame you had to separate them!! As for the kitchen, Ive seen a lot of people put a coroplast insert spanning 2x1 within the cage...but if its only for one piggie, I think you could do a 1x1 insert for the hay area and have the pellet bowls and water next to it.. having a 2 1/2x3 cage is still considered pretty small, so you should try and keep as much "running room" as you can. I hope you will be able to reunite the two piggies and good luck

Thanks Levenn for the info. One of our piggies is older and losing her vision and our younger one had started to bully/pick on her. So we made the decision to separate them but they are right next to each other so they can see eachother. Even after one night the older piggie seems more relaxed in her new environment. Unfortunately that's the biggest we could go on cage size but they get floor time every day :)
