She sneezed all over me and I can't tell if she has a runny nose or not.. Can anybody shed some light on this? Thanks! And can anybody show me some pictures of a piggy with a runny nose so I could compare? Thanks!

Runny noses on pigs look exactly like runny noses on people -- there's snot coming out.

She just sneezed on me again and snot came of her nose

Then take her to the vet. You can't treat a URI yourself -- she'll need antibiotics.
