Scratching Mites?

All 3 of the guinea pigs in my house have been scratching. My dog has fleas and so I'm confused as to whether they caught her fleas or if they have mites. Yuki one ofte pigs has been wheeking like crazy.

You can see fleas and flea dirt. Same with lice. You can't see mites.
