I want to build a lid for my guinea pigs, because I have dogs and my mom has a daycare, but I ran out of grids and I can't get anymore. I looked everywhere for free grids, but I can't find anymore. Is there any other type of lid I could make for their top? Thank you in advance. lol

Do you have the fleece right over the grids? If so that's dangerous the pigs will fall right threw and can easily break a leg. You could add thick cardboard if you have nothing else.

No, I'm cutting grids in half and putting in half walls. I have that area cut off right now. I just had the ramp down, because it would be a better picture.

You could put a big cardboard box over the top, go to stores and ask for big boxes. for the top.
