They don't have any pictures of the guinea pigs, just some generic stock photos. They claim to be selling 20+ piggies for $20 each.

In my opinion they are probably a breeder since they have over 20 piggies and use the term "for sale" as opposed to having an 'adoption' or 're-homing' fee.
