Sick Guinea pig breathing weird ....

Start hand feeding him NOW and get to a cavy savvy ver. Any time a pig goes off its food that is a very bad sign, as they often do not show any symptoms until they are very ill.

Guinea pigs need food moving through their digestive tract constantly, a pig who isn't eating is a dead pig. Mash up some pellets and water and syringe feed him until you can get him to a vet. (Not a cat and dog vet, one that is experienced in exotics.)
The rapid breathing and refusal to eat are both major symptoms of a Respiratory Infection, they can go downhill very fast, you will need to get him to a vet ASAP.

He needs a vet, quickly. He probably has an upper respiratory infection, and that needs antibiotic treatment.

Agree, he needs a vet right away. You can mash pellets to feed him, or find Critical Care from Oxbow. It does sound like an URI, and if it is he needs antibiotics. Pigs go downhill very fast, please take him to the vet asap. Keep us updated please and good luck!
