Did you look in the photo book or online for sign/ plastics stores? What area of NC? There may be a rescue near you that can point you in the right way, or sells it.

Print shops also carry coroplast.

what part of nc? I am In Greensboro and I found a place that sells 4x8 sheet for 10 bucks..and you have to buy at least 3 sheets to get it for 10 bucks per sheet or its more for one sheet..its the ONLY place I will get mine..all the others around here looked at me funky and told me 300 bucks!! or more..so yeah right. But this place was like yes we have had many people come here for coroplast as cage bottoms..and like we ask them..what color you want and 4x8 sheets?? lol...just let me know and I'll get you into the right direction
