I have a open top c&c cage (2 by 3) and i have a igloo home in it. I was wondering if my piggs (witch i dont have yet) will climb on top of the igloo and try to jump out.

It's very unlikely. If you are overly worried that they will do this, put a lid just above the area where the igloo will be.
How many pigs are you going to have?
