After a few months of hard school work and a bit of prodding my parents, I finally ordered my coroplast yesterday! It is light blue and I am planning on making a 2x6. After I got on the B honor roll my parents gave me $50 and now I ordered my coro. Although my dad was not happy, I think we both kind of knew that we wouldn't get the hutch done until this spring. And more good news, we are all clear to start fostering piggies! Pregnant, ingured, or for some other reason unadoptable I get to take care of them. With my 2x6 for my personal pigs, a 2x4 will be ready for a single pig with an expansion if pregnant or for a pair. I get to foster for both the Sioux Falls and Brookings Humane Societys. Brookings has been in a state of desparation for fosters. So I am really happy that I finally get to help.
Do the cages from the Cage Store come with a tracking number?
Any advice for fostering piggies?
