Stands About the stand?

I'm currently reading the directions for my c&c cage, I just put the stand together, and I can't seem to figure out whether the cage connects to the stand, or simply sits on top of it. Maybe it states this somewhere but I can't find it! Just wondering so I know if I put the connectors on wrong. Thanks!

Im not sure what directions are but Im sure you could do it either way. Do it how it works or just use zip ties and leave connectors off.

The connectors in the MIDDLE of the cage stand should be flat (top of stand), that is smooth side on top. The coroplast just sits on top of that.

The SIDE WALLS need to be connected, so the perimeter connectors will be connected to the cage grid walls. Does that make sense?
