Flags breeder?

My guess is it is either a really, really sucky situation for those people or a breeder. More likely a breeder or some one who allowed her son to breed the guinea pigs without for thought.

Yikes.....There might be some inbreeding issues with those guinea pigs.

From the pictures, it looks like they have 5 adults, and the rest are babies. Maybe some of the adults were mis-sexed, and several of them had litters. Did you email them to ask? It also looks like at least one is currently pregnant.
