Hi am making a new cage for my guinea pigs they are currently in a shop bought cage but i am making them 3x3 grid triangle c&c cage with an eating area on top (as big as i can get with the space i have) I have been looking through the site for accessories for them i already have
Cosy sacks
hammock
tunnel
fleece jungle
cat/bird toys
but heard that they can have rocks/tree sticks can i use any found in garden/forest or what do i have to do to them to make them safe.

I wouldn't put in any sticks that I found in the yard or a forest. They can have twigs from UNTREATED fruit and willow trees. I run any rocks I put in my cage through the dishwasher, but they need to be big enough so they can't bite them or swallow them.
