Prince has a lump under his chin. What is it? What caused it? And is a vet visit the only way to get rid of it?

Absolutely a vet visit is the way to treat it. It can be an abscess, a tumor, cervical lymphadenitis -- they all require skilled care and either surgical intervention and/or antibiotics. And don't wait -- it can rupture, and if it's CL, it's contagious.
