I've been using Vetbed who supply 4.05kg for £30.66 inc P&P. This is lasting my cavies about a month. They use this for eating, and cheaper Petsmart Jumbo hay for bedding. Between them I give about 4 generous handfuls of Timothy each day.
Does anyone know of a cheaper way of getting this stuff in the UK? I could buy in greater bulk and get a discount - I know Bunny Bazaar do an 11kg pack, but I'm worried this may loose its freshness as at the rate my cavies consume it, that would be hanging around for about 3 months.
If I can't find it cheaper I'll carry on regardless as I only want the best for my two little friends, but if it can be obtaind cheaper, that would be good as it does work out quite expensive.
Any advice?
