Hello there,
So I'm thinking Nova will be staying here quite a while, since he has his special needs, so it will be hard finding him a new home. So I'm wondering what would be best for his cage situation. Right now he is in a cage much to small for him. It's a 2x3 which I know is labeled as the minimum, however the minimum doesn't give him much room to run around and such, so I'd like to get him something bigger.
I was wondering if I could separate a section of my girls' cage for him? The three of them have a 2x5 with a 3x5 connection in an L shape, with a small little loft, so I'm thinking there would be enough space to give him a part of it, I'm just wondering if it would be horrible for him being next to the females but not being able to get to them.
I also had another question not involving the cage, how can I tell if he is a neutered male? I've had problems trying to sex him, since he has his issues with being held, however just from looking at his back side I'm about 99% sure he is a male, however he doesn't look as "Developed" I guess you would call it, as other pictures of males I have seen, and he looks more like some of the other pictures I have seen of neutered males, so I'm wondering if he might be neutered, is there a way I could tell for sure without having to spend $100 dollars at the vet, and having to stress him out with the long car ride and such?
Thanks,
