Try a multi-viatamin designed for vegitarians. Soy "meats" also take alot of the thinking out of vegitarianism as it gives you what you'd get from meat.

Yeh try fake meat, what vitamins are you missing? stuff like vit A found in meat is also found in carrots. Protein comes from chickpeas/beans/pulses and fake meat.

get rid of all the meat in your house, or if you have meat eaters who live in your house ask them to keep meat away from you and not for them to cook any for you or offer you any.

hmm, i have never gotten ill since ive gone veg. i have lots of fruits and veggies, and fake meats (i luuuuuv those)
