Rodney and Chip are FINALLY getting along. So, I took out the stupid divider. They LOVE to run around in the much bigger space. Here are the pictures:

Go back and edit it so the pictures are seperate.

I really like the cage, but I think that a 2x3 is a little small for two boys.

I wanted a 2x4 but, my dad told the guy that made the litterpan to make it a 2x3. He thought a 2x4 was too big.

Well, you can always sneakily open the cage and let them run in the freerange grids you have around it!

See if your dad will let you make a 1x2 loft.

I added on my old petstore cage (I know, it's pretty bad.) The petstore cage is almost a 2x2, so it's not really that bad. Here it is:

Thanks! They are happy in it. I saw both pigs popcorn and run laps in it.

I think a 2x3 is fine for two boys as long as they continue to get along. It's much bigger than anything found in a pet store.

FYI- you should consider removing the pellets with the added bits and getting a plain pellet.

The pictures I've seen with an old cage "attached" as an extra room are such a great idea. We're recycling an old cage into a loft (hopefully!) -- why throw away something that could make such an awesome hidey house, hay or treat room? Great comparison in terms of how much more size you get from a C&C cage, as well. Nice job lindsey!

Thanks, I new the old cage was just laying in the basement, so I put it to work. The pigs love it.
