Sick Hey need some HELP!!

As yall know I dont have guinea pigs anymore but one of my reall good freinds does.Her guinea pig is having trouble walking cant hold her bladder and looks like she has the hicups has glassy eyes then it is like the guinea pig snaps out of it and then goes right back .She is really scared.Cant find a vet open that sees guinea pigs.
