Sick guinea pig head tilting

this morning my guinea pig started tilting her head. We don't know why. She seems to be perching her head downward whenever she does it. She is tilting her head towards the left. There may have been a fight with her cage mate this morning. We took her out and she seemed better but when we put her back in she does it again. She doesn't look stable and she is turning 3 in may.

It may be wry neck, but you should definitely check with the vet if she doesn't look stable

If it is not that, not sure if this is relevant, but check the vet about injuries to the head. There could be some trauma you don't see. I see head tilting a lot with animals who have trauma (dropped, fights, or born with a tumor or brain damage)

Most like an ear infection -- guinea pigs often do this when their ears are infected. She needs an exotic vet, now, before the infection totally overwhelms her system.
