Last night I made my first c&c cage. I put my two pigs in it. They ran for cover. I'm kinda of upset. They are still just sitting in the pigloo. :(

They just got put in a huge unfamiliar cage. Give them time and be patient. They will start adventuring in your presence soon enough. They are prey animals and their instinct is to naturally hide.

Guinea pigs are going to be leery of you until they know they can trust you. Just take it slowly, handle them a lot, feed them in your lap and don't give them any reason to be afraid of you.

I agree, they were just put in a new unfamiliar place. It is going to take them time to work up the confidence to explore, they will be doing so in no time though. Evie has just started popcorning all over her C&C Cage and I am delighted, In time you will see your piggies are happy :) and in not so many words appreciative of their new big cage!
