Are you looking to buy one online because you can't find the materials where you live?
The link at the top of the page is a good place to buy coroplast.
You can also find C&C cages on Ebay.
They are never inexpensive though.
But if you can't find the materials where you live, I would look there.

I was able to find a 96" piece of coroplast at a sign shop near me for $20 and got my pack of grids from staples for $23.
It may be worth buying pieces of coroplast from Lowe's or Home Depot and using duct tape to put them together if you can't find a big sheet of it near you.

good luck!

The cheapest way to get a C&C cage is to build it yourself. I'm sure there is a sign shop near you, and you can even order grids online at Bed Bath & Beyond. Not sure about your budget, but because cage kits are usually large and heavy, shipping will be hefty. Anywhere you go, it's going to be a rather large investment. It's worth it, though, because it will last you many, many years. The (broken link removed) seems to have reasonable prices. Since they ship from Connecticut, and you're in Virginia, shipping won't be too bad.

Are you only looking to buy online?

If you find the materials and build yourself, it would be much cheaper.
Check out this place. I got a 4 x 8 ft sheet of coroplast for $10. They have a branch in Richmond, VA.
