Is it okay to use cuddle sacks in place of hidey's in the cage?

I have a 2 by 5 c&c with a 2 by 1 upper deck for the kitchen. In an attempt to maximize running space for my two girls I was thinking about putting in the two cuddle sacks I made them in place of their usual hidey's. They still have a fiddle stick hut that will remain in the cage, but other than that I have two cuddle sacks (a single and a double). They love them and use them constantly, but can also run right over them when they feel like doing their laps! Would this be an appropriate cage set up?

Cuddle sacks are great hideys! That would be a very good cage set-up.

GpigsRsweet if i knew how to thank you for your reply I would. I was just concerned that a hidey that wasn't necessarily a hard outer shell was not enough. Thank you!

You have to become a cavy slave, then you can thank posts. :)

I have pigloos, but I hardly use them. (Only when it's really hot out) My pigs seem to enjoy the soft ones a lot, and like you said, they can run right over them!
